About Pamala
Making technology feel practical, approachable, and useful.
I’m Pamala, with three A’s and no E. I’m the kind of person you bring in when technology or a work process feels more complicated than it should, and you need someone who can listen, translate, organize, and show you a clear way forward.
I built Steward Consulting LLC for people who do not readily connect with technology and often find that courses, instructions, and reference materials feel too technical, too general, or disconnected from the work they actually need to accomplish. I teach through real situations, familiar tasks, and practical examples so that what you learn makes sense and can be used immediately.
My approach is patient, encouraging, and grounded in more than 20 years of experience across business operations, technology adoption, contracts, budgets, vendor management, and process improvement. I understand what it feels like to face something unfamiliar, and I believe no one should be made to feel incapable simply because a tool was not explained in a way that works for them.
My goal is simple: to help you leave feeling clearer, more confident, and better equipped to move forward.
